Cult Collective is now seeking a full-time Assistant, Executive Coordination & Marketing to support our President and new business team.

Reporting to the President, this position plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day priorities and tactics set forth in Cult’s 2021 - 22 Strategic Plan. The ideal candidate will be a natural ringleader and supporting cast member who understands the importance of influencing behind the scenes and getting the details right in order to help our sales and marketing team members achieve their goals. This is an ideal opportunity for the right person who is unflappable with managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, has the discipline to get things done, and possesses a can-do spirit that helps energize the team.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, activities, travel and support communications for Cult’s President and Managing Director
  • Support sales and marketing team in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and presentations 
  • Help facilitate and coordinate sales and marketing initiatives 
  • Administer CRM/Marketing Automation platform
  • Research companies, clients and economic buying centers, and relevant industry trends 


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional administrative experience, ideally in an advertising/creative agency, digital/interactive marketing provider, or professional services firm
  • Highly developed communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to listen, seek clarity, synthesize and drive next steps, while managing up and holding others accountable
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and deadline-meeting skills
  • Confident, collaborative, team-focused presence 
  • Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills
  • Be a great addition to the culture within our organization by living our values and contributing to the advancement of our culture
  • Be willing and eager to collaborate in person and/or virtually.  Our office is located in Calgary - however, if you reside elsewhere, say Vancouver, and choose to stay there, we won’t hold it against you.  Since we are not offering paid relocation at this time, this position may work remotely.  Preference will be given to candidates residing in Canada
