Cult Collective is now seeking a Director of Sponsorship & Sales to join The Gathering team.

Forbes Magazine says “The Gathering is one of the most exclusive, must attend summits in the world.” The Gathering is an annual coming together unlike others, where marketing minds from around the globe converge to celebrate with and learn from the fearless leaders behind some of the world's most coveted, cult-like brands. The Gathering is a 3-day masterclass for global brand leaders, agencies and entrepreneurs. Each year, we unite high-profile business executives to learn from and celebrate some of the world’s most iconic brands like Marvel, Spotify, Netflix, Barbie, Skittles and many more. The events industry is one-of-a-kind, and we hope you are too!

Creative and resourceful, these team members are never satisfied with the status quo and always looking for ways to improve existing processes and procedures. • Passion for the event & marketing industry and continuous learning.
  • Be intrapreneurial. Meaning: you possess many enviable characteristics of entrepreneurs in how they think about business and applying diverse skill sets to tough problems yet want to be part of a bigger team.
  • Be a great addition to the culture within our organization by demonstrating our values and actively participating in the growth and advancement of our people, clients, and community.
